Have you had one or more uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries?
Are you healthy, and height/weight appropriate (35 BMI or less)?
Are you a non-smoker, drug free, and alcohol free?
Have you never been convicted of a felony?
Do you have access to reliable transportation?
Are you a U.S. citizen or do you have a green card or residence papers?
